Baptist Church for auction in Chapel Loke in Salhouse

The Grade II listed property within a conservation area in Salhouse is going up for auction with a guide price of £200,000 to £250,000.

The “delightfully situated” place of worship, with off-road parking and lawned areas, is suitable for a range of alternative uses, subject to planning approval.

The building currently has a main worship space with an adjoining meeting room.
