Temperatures to plummet to 1C in parts of Norfolk this week
Temperatures in parts of Norfolk are to plummet to near-freezing this week.
According to long-range forecasts from the Met Office and the BBC, the mercury will fall as a cold front moves in from the north.
The weather will take a turn for the colder on Monday night with temperatures predicted to drop to 1C or below with the possibility of frost.
The cold weather will continue into Tuesday, with temperatures expected to remain as low as 1C.
Across the UK, April temperatures have averaged a daily high of 12C and a low of 4C.
