Bible teacher Phil Moore to speak in King’s Lynn
Phil Moore will be the main speaker at this year’s Word on the Wash convention to be held at the King’s Centre, King’s Lynn on Saturday, September 30.
Word on the Wash is a free Christian event open to all. This year’s event will be held from 10:30am to 3:45pm on Saturday September 30 at King’s Centre Church, King’s Lynn.
Headlining the day will be Phil Moore, a writer, speaker and teacher based in London. Phil is the author of “The Bible in 100 Pages” and the “Straight to the Heart” series of devotional commentaries.
His theme for the day will be “How can discipleship lead to revival in our nation?”, explored across three sessions.
Seminars will be led by Stephen Lloyd of Biblical Creation Trust and Pastor of Hope Church, Gravesend looking at “Adam or Death: which came first?”, and Philip Powell, co-director of the Justice conference and Network Engagement Manager with Tearfund UK considering a ‘Christian approach to climate change’.
“It’s a great opportunity for Christians to join together for faithful and relevant bible teaching, worship and encouragement in our Christian lives this year,” said the organisers.
The event is tied with the Keswick Convention, held in July each year. As well as the annual conference, there are several local Keswick events established around the globe including Word on the Wash.
