Over the past seven months, Gorleston man Malcolm Metcalf has flown a plane, edited a newspaper and become the oldest ever entrant at the Gorleston Cliffs ParkRun.
His ’90 before 90′ challenge is part of efforts to raise £10,000 for the Priscilla Bacon Hospice.
“It’s been wonderful,” Mr Metcalf said. “It’s gone by so quickly. When it started, my godson said to me, ‘I can’t see you doing that. 90 things?’
“It was slow to start but it’s been really worthwhile. I’ve met some wonderful people.”

His adventure ended on Saturday, September 30, when he travelled across Norfolk in 15 different modes of transport including a horse and barrow, a chimney sweep van and a police car.
“Oh what a day that was,” he said. “Everything went like clockwork. Everybody played their part. I’m so grateful to them. It was an unforgettable occasion.”
One of the highlights was a ride from Dereham to Swaffham in a Plymouth Super Deluxe once owned by Elvis Presley, with Mr Metcalf sitting where the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll himself used to sit.
The day’s grand finale was a “breathtaking” spin in a Formula 1 V8 engine racing car at Saddlebow Road Stock Car Track.

Hugo Stevenson, fundraising and communications manager at Priscilla Bacon Hospice, said: “Malcolm’s boundless energy and enthusiasm have helped him garner support from a wide range of people who have been inspired by his appetite for adventure.”
Mr Metcalf’s fundraising will help the charity to enhance the experience of patients and their loved ones by supplementing the core services provided by the NHS, he added.
