Blake Amies banned from drinking in public in Norwich
Blake Amies, 30, of no fixed address, was handed a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) forbidding him from carrying an open container of alcohol in a public place for three years after pleading guilty to a charge of drunk and disorderliness.
On May 10 at around 7.30pm, Amies laid down on the floor of a store on St Stephens Street and pretended to be asleep.
He then got up and started throwing food from the shelves onto the shop floor.

Appearing in Norwich Magistrates’ Court on September 5, Amies was ordered not to be in possession of an open container of alcohol in a public place in the city as defined by the outer ring road.
He was also ordered to not be publicly drunk within the city limits.
Sergeant Ali Tassie from the Operational Partnership Team said: “Norwich OPT will continue to deal with those who persistently cause a nuisance and are involved in anti-social behaviour across the district.
“This individual was committing numerous offences whilst under the influence of alcohol and the conditions of his CBO will be beneficial in reducing his offending and improving the quality of life for both residents and visitors to Norwich.”
