In September 2020, police searched his address in Southrepps and discovered 186g of cocaine. In March 2022, armed officers raided his home in North Walsham and found a substantial amount of crystal meth. Despite being on bail, Tyler was caught with 60g of cocaine in a car in Thetford in October 2022. On October 16, 2022, Tyler appeared in court and pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply class A drugs, including methamphetamine and cocaine, as well as being involved in the supply of ketamine.
Paragraph 2: Bradley Saffer, aged 29, was arrested on October 15 for breaching a domestic violence protection order (DVPO). He had visited a woman in Swaffham, just five days after the order came into effect. Norwich Magistrates’ Court heard that Saffer had been subject to five separate DVPOs dating back to 2019. In addition to breaching the DVPO, Saffer also broke a curfew that was imposed as part of his bail conditions in a separate court case. As a result, he was sentenced to four weeks in jail and was ordered to remain on remand until December 11.
Paragraph 3: Kyle Tipper, aged 29, committed sexual assault on an 18-year-old victim on two occasions in July 2019. Prior to the assault, Tipper had sent the victim a picture of his genitals after asking if he could trust her. On October 16, 2023, Tipper appeared in court and pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual assault. As a result, he was sentenced to 29 months in jail and was made subject to a sexual harm prevention order (SHPO) for 10 years. He was also required to register as a sex offender for 10 years.
Paragraph 4: Artenis Shehu, aged 20, was arrested after police raided a property in Ormesby St Margaret and found approximately 30 cannabis plants with an estimated value of £225,000. During the court proceedings on October 18, Shehu admitted being involved in the production of cannabis. It was revealed that he had been forced to work at a cannabis factory in Norfolk to repay a debt of £2,500, which had been given to him to fund a medical operation for his father in Albania. Shehu, who had no fixed abode, was ultimately sentenced to 12 months in jail.
