Swansea City v Norwich City: Team news & starting line-ups
Springett is one of three changes from Saturday’s 2-0 win over Birmingham, with Adam Forshaw and Hwang Ui-Jo also coming into David Wagner’s starting team.
Christian Fassnacht, Przemyslaw Placheta and Adam Idah drop out of that team, with Gabriel Sara expected to play in an advanced role.
Borja Sainz is recovering from an ankle injury suffered while playing for the club’s under-21s on Sunday, but will be in first-team starting contention after next week’s international break.
Jacob Sorensen (pelvis) is back in training and Marcelino Nunez (ankle ligament) is expected to be before the international break, but neither is likely to feature in match action until after that break.
First-choice strikers Josh Sargent (ankle ligament) and Ashley Barnes (knee ligament) remain out injured, with the former expected back around Christmas and the latter set for a November return.
Wagner is still refusing to put a timeline on club captain Grant Hanley, who has been missing since April with an achilles injury and may not be back to full fitness until 2024.
Former Norwich loanee Kyle Naughton is on the bench for the home side.
