City police have also banned him from carrying foil-lined food bags or a de-tagger and begging for cigarettes, food or money, after they issued the first Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) since being granted the powers in July.
The man in his 30s is also banned from TK Maxx, B&M and Nike.
Officers thanked city people for their help in identifying which areas should be covered by the new order saying the latest action proved it had been “successful”.

New powers mean police are now able to ban prolific criminals from carrying certain items or visiting certain areas.
