Old Catton’s miniature Shetland pony dressed as Rudolph

Tinkerbelle, a two-year-old miniature Shetland pony, is set to dress up as Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and spread Christmas cheer throughout the streets of Norwich. This is not the first time Tinkerbelle has made appearances in costume, as she is known for dressing up as a unicorn for birthday parties and care home visits. Owner Kirsty Gray of Spring Meadow Pony Parties says that not many people in Norwich cater to what they do, and Tinkerbelle has become well-known and loved for her appearances in different outfits to suit people’s themes.

Tinkerbelle has a gentle and friendly nature, which has made her a hit with children and even brought elderly residents to tears with the joy of stroking her. According to Kirsty, Tinkerbelle has been doing parties and visits for a little over a year, and people of all ages have been delighted to meet her. Tinkerbelle has the ability to quickly settle into new surroundings and is described as someone who brings joy to those around her. This is why Kirsty wanted to bring Tinkerbelle to those who wouldn’t ordinarily get to meet her, and she has planned a walk-through of Old Catton, with Tinkerbelle dressed as Rudolph to get into the holiday spirit.

The special parade to spread Christmas cheer through Old Catton is planned for December 17 at 2:30pm. Kirsty hopes to bring Tinkerbelle to children who may not have the opportunity to see a little Shetland pony walking past their window, and the best part is that it won’t cost parents anything. More updates about Tinkerbelle’s appearances and activities can be found on the Spring Meadow Pony Parties Facebook page. The special parade is aimed at bringing joy to children and families during the holiday season, and Tinkerbelle is thrilled to meet as many children in the area as possible. Overall, Tinkerbelle’s appearances and costumes have made her a beloved figure in the community, bringing joy and happiness to people of all ages.
