Fulham v Norwich City: Travel advice for supporters

The Canaries travel to West London in the third round of the competition after beating QPR and Bristol City in previous rounds and travel to the Premier League side expecting to make a host of changes to their side.

Thousands of Norwich supporters are expected to make the trip to the capital to cheer on David Wagner’s side – but Fulham have issued an advisory surrounding travel arrangements with Chelsea and Brentford also in cup action on Wednesday.

That is expected to create delays and congestion both on approach to and in departure of the stadium. Supporters are therefore being advised to plan their journey accordingly and leave plenty of time to arrive at Craven Cottage well in advance of the 7.45 pm kick-off.

Post-match, Putney Bridge station will be exit only from 15 minutes before full time. Supporters are being urged to consider their routes home by using alternative transport networks and other tube stations.

Transport for London has recommended using Hammersmith tube station, but advises that it will be busier than normal and fans may have to queue to enter.
