Soul Foundation passes a two million milestone
The Norwich-based Soul Foundation has now delivered two million meals since the pandemic began.
The foundation supports vulnerable people through organisations such as YMCA Norfolk, homeless hostels and schools, as well as reaching a number of individuals and families.
Alongside individual donors, those who have supported the foundation so far include Norwich City Football Club, Norwich School, UEA, Chartwells (Compass Group), Boswell Insurance, Bidwells, Tofuerai and Banham Poultry.
Just before Easter, Jon and Chantel Norman, pastors of Soul Church, received a cheque for £5,000 from Clare School in Norwich, from money raised during a ‘superhero’ fundraiser.
The foundation is part of Soul Church in Norwich. As well as providing meals, it offers support and training for people seeking work, and funds relief and development projects in various countries around the world.
