Norwich church recognised as place of sanctuary 

Chapel Field Road Methodist Church has been recognized as a place of sanctuary by receiving the Church of Sanctuary status from the City of Sanctuary movement in Britain. The church’s Minister, Rev Matthew Olanrewaju, expressed pride in achieving this award after years of work. The church has had a group of overseas worshipers for 18 years who have become valued members of the community.
