New General Manager for Norfolk’s Eckling Grange
The trustees of Eckling Grange, a Christian Residential Care Complex in Dereham, have appointed Steve Edmunds as their new General Manager. He will be taking over from Stewart Barber, who is retiring after over 16 years of service. Graham Pickhaver, Chair of trustees, expressed the community’s excitement at welcoming Steve to their leadership team. Steve, who has lived in Norfolk his entire life, is eager to use his expertise and dedication to further the aims of Eckling Grange. During his visits to the complex, Steve was moved by the Christian family spirit that he found at the heart of Eckling Grange. He plans to utilize his previous management experience to support the care managers and the wider team, ensuring that the facilities at the complex continue to run to the highest standards for the residents. Graham Pickhaver highlighted the importance of Eckling Grange’s Diamond anniversary celebration last summer, marking 60 years of providing accommodation and care. He expressed gratitude for God’s kindness and grace and hopes that with Steve joining the team, the ministry will continue to be blessed for many more years to come.
