Dereham church launches money coaching course
Dereham Baptist Church is teaming up with the debt help charity Christians Against Poverty to offer a free money coaching course next month. Christians Against Poverty is a UK charity that works with over 800 affiliated churches to provide free debt help, budgeting guidance, support to find work, life skills groups, and more. They help individuals find extra income and get out of debt. The course will run over three sessions, and attendees are encouraged to book their free place by contacting the organization.
The charity has outlined five ways to improve personal finances, including creating a personal budget, balancing the budget to avoid overdraft or debt, maximizing income by checking for entitled benefits, seeking free debt help if necessary, and attending a CAP course in the local area. The course in Dereham aims to help participants improve their financial situation and achieve budgeting success. This initiative comes at a time when many people struggle with finances and energy bills, and the organization is determined to help the local community.
The CAP money coaching course will take place on 8, 15, and 29 February, and individuals can book their free place by emailing [email protected] or by phone. The charity provides resources and support for individuals to take control of their finances and work towards a more secure financial future. It also offers free debt advice and encourages individuals to seek help if they are struggling to manage their debt.
