Norwich City 2-0 Birmingham City: Fan reaction video

Gabriel Sara and Jonathan Rowe’s goals helped the Canaries to their fourth win in five Championship home games this season, arresting a run of three straight defeats for David Wagner’s side.

We spoke to some of those fans in NR1, gauging their thoughts on the game and City’s wider prospects.

See the best of those conversations in the video above, or read their best quotes below.

Paul: I thought Norwich played well today. Bit of a slow start, but as the game went on they seemed to grow into it.

They obviously needed a lot of confidence after last week’s performance, but as the game went on they progressed with confidence. Once they got the first goal there was no looking back, really.

I thought the whole team played well. It was nice to see Adam Idah play well at home, but I thought overall everybody had a good game.

Getting over the first 20 minutes was always the worrying point after last week’s result. But getting that first goal was really important.

I was always positive until Plymouth, but hopefully that was just a one-off, and we can move forward and get some good results. Let’s catch those boys up the road.

You want to make your home ground a fortress as much as you can. Building confidence and results here is always a plus point. If you can get points at home and grab a point away from home, it’s always good for the team.

Dylan, Harley and Kevin: First half was a bit shaky, but second half we came out wanting to win.

There was more desire, a bit more passing and stuff like that.
