Free animal trail proves a hit at Chantry Place in Norwich
The free trail began on July 22 and continues until Sunday, September 2, with 10 large animal sculptures to be found.
An elephant, a panda and a gorilla are all waiting to be found with trail maps to be found in the Deichmann store on the lower ground floor.
Paul McCarthy, general manager of Chantry Place, said: “Our visitors are enjoying finding all our animal sculptures this summer.
“In the first four weeks we have given out over 8,000 trail maps and handed out over 5,000 goody bags.

“Our sculptures vary in size and people are loving selfies with our huge gorilla on Chantry Square and our hippo, panda and other animals inside.
“We have 10 animal sculptures to find and feedback from families is that they have enjoyed the trail as it is free and has given the family something fun to do in between shopping and grabbing a bite to eat in the city.”

Mr McCarthy continued: “Our partnerships with Banham Zoo and Africa Alive to provide educational activities alongside this on Wild Wednesdays has been terrific, as has the weekly competition prizes and the medals and vouchers for kids go free to the zoos they provided.
“Plus, our SchooDoodle crafts every Wednesday sold out before the trail even started.
“We’re now busy planning our October half term event for families, which has a Halloween theme!”
