Chef Ron’s Kitchen in Lower Goat Lane has gone on sale for £9,000 per year rent or £80,000 to take over the entire leasehold, with bosses describing it as a “high footfall” business.
The deli – which remains open for business as usual – has made a name for itself for its well-reviewed sausage rolls and the fact it accepts Bitcoin as payment.
The building has operated as a cafe for 19 years and was previously Finnie’s Juice Bar.

It has three floors, with the first used as a dining and service area and the top two floors used as a kitchen and storage area.
Chef Ron’s Kitchen is also offering a fully equipped food catering trailer for sale separately if the new owner wishes to expand to catering.
In the advert for the business, its owner said: “The business currently operates six days a week, serving lunch only from 10am to 5pm.
“Closed on Sundays, we also haven’t tapped into the promising breakfast and evening slots. Hence, there is clear potential for the incoming buyer to increase sales.”

The cafe’s lease is due to expire in March 2025 but it has an automatic renewal option.
Speaking about the business in January last year, boss Ron Uhrig, 53, from Baltimore, said: “Everything we do is homemade so every morning we come in and make all the dough and bread and all our ingredients are bought locally.”
He has worked in restaurants, hotels and bakeries around the world and moved to Norwich in 2001 after previously meeting his British wife Joanne while on a mission trip to England with his church.
Employees are not included in the potential sale, while rates cost £5,744 a year.
