A woman, Kanticha Noon, was found dead alongside her two nieces and brother-in-law in a home in Norfolk. Kanticha was on a trip from Thailand to her sister’s family home when she was discovered with stab wounds on Friday. The other victims were Bartlomiej Kuczynski, 45, his 12-year-old daughter Jasmin, and her sister Downreuang, seven.
