Flavourz & Vibez shop opening in Castle Meadow in Norwich
Flavourz & Vibez, a Jamaican restaurant, is set to open its first physical location in Castle Meadow. The restaurant will offer traditional Jamaican mains such as curry goat, oxtail, pepper steak, and “rasta pasta”, as well as breakfast items like paninis and porridge, and sides including BBQ wings and plantains. The space has been fitted with tables, chairs, and Jamaican livery in anticipation of its opening, though the exact launch date is still to be confirmed.
The business, which initially launched as a delivery-only service earlier this year, is excited to bring the taste of Jamaican cuisine to the city centre. In a statement on their Instagram, they expressed their excitement for the long-awaited opening of their physical location and urged customers not to miss out on the opportunity to enjoy their authentic Jamaican dishes in the city centre. The forthcoming restaurant will provide an opportunity for customers to experience Jamaican cuisine on a more consistent basis, as the delivery-only service has been limited to homes in Norwich.
While the restaurant has not yet announced an official opening date, it has assured customers that it is “coming soon”. The space, which was previously home to Medic China and Brian Robert Hair Designers, has been transformed into a vibrant and inviting restaurant space. With its central location and diverse menu, Flavourz & Vibez is poised to bring a new and exciting dining experience to Norwich, offering a taste of Jamaican culture and cuisine to the local community.
